The room was spotlessly clean and updated, had essentials, like a shower and blow dryer. The breakfast had something for everyone - coffee, cereals, pastries and fruit. All the staffs were pleasant. Its location just a short stroll away from Bass River was favourable and magnificent.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in South Yarmouth. I loved the hotel, it was comfy and excellent with strong wi-fi. Super friendly staff, helped me a lot.

The hotel was set in a central area short walk to all the attractions and local restaurants and the beach and shopping. We got a room with bathtubs.

Loved a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge in the room. The personnel was helpful and affable, and the owner too. Location: the hotel was close to the beach near all the local attractions.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. I also loved having a couch with a table in the room, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching TV. The location was excellent, with beach access just a short walk away.

The breakfast options were very limited, with just a few cereals, milk, and coffee. The room itself had some issues, such as the AC and fridge being turned off and the lamp cord pulled out.

The best and convenient location for South Yarmouth, near to Parker River Beach and all the attractions and local restaurants and several dining options. Also, close to everything we like on the Cape. Breakfast with pastries and decent coffee.

i booked a room with a very comfy bed, climate control, multi-channel tv and a microwave. the bathroom was excellent with a bath.

Immaculately clean and updated room with soaps, the bedroom plus shampoos, just what we had hoped for. Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Pirate's Cove Mini Golf.
